Activated EFT is a brainchild of mine that I’ve been using on myself, with success, for some time now to help break though the habit of negative self talk and subconscious fears that try to keep me feeling stuck and unsatisfied. Where regular EFT asks YOU to ‘feel that negative feeling in order to release”, Activated EFT is a lot more confronting and TRIGGERS YOU to feel it for release. This more confronting method can be very helpful if you’re used to suppressing your emotions and have a hard time stirring up a “feeling or emotion” on command.
